Animal Emergency Medical Center was founded by Dr. Jonnie Quantz in May of 2000</span> with the goal of providing the community with a 24 hour emergency and critical care veterinary hospital. Over the years, AEMC has grown to incorporate multiple specialty services, including internal medicine, and surgery. Currently, AEMC features five full-time emergency and critical care veterinarians headed by a Diplomate of the American College of Emergency and Critical Care, two Diplomates of the American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine, a Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Radiology, a Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Surgeons, and a veterinarian devoted to the care of the avian and exotic species. Additionally, AEMC employs and trains highly skilled veterinary nurses (technicians) including seven Registered Veterinary Technicians. This team of veterinary professionals is devoted to providing the best possible care for your animal companion 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
